Dear Fat Mike: You cannot have it both ways: 'No JCPOA?' Resolution 2231 AND JCPOA are a 'package' and is breached and cannot be unilaterally 'amended'.
the 'Arms Embargo' contained in 2231 becomes void & cannot be 'extended' or 'amended'... just READ the f-ing agreement! It's called 'Rule of Law'.
