its return to the areas of the Syrian Democratic Forces,
power-sharing, influence, oil and gas with the management of the Democratic Union Party in full,

that the border crossings be in the hands of the Syrian government forces
and major cities such as Al-Qamishli, Hasaka and several other areas under Russian supervision
and guarantees
that the Syrian agencies will not arrest the Kurds in the future
and give the Kurds the right to study in the Kurdish language in the eastern regions,
provided that
oil and gas imports and agriculture for the Syrian state
with the exception of the 100/25 quota (25%) for the Kurds

and the source confirmed that the party's delegation returned from Damascus
to consult the Kurdish top leadership on the agreement Partial and state demands,
and he will return to Damascus soon to complete negotiations with officials there.

The source revealed, "Russia is exerting great pressure.
The SDF must make concessions."
