Impossible. As one joke says - A 'Color Revolution' in America is impossible. There is no US Embassy in Washington..

I am wondering, how many revolutions from 1789 onwards were Colour Revolutions already, organized from Downing Street 10 via Switzerland.

I have to ask - what all those poor people do? They all become homeless or what?
maybe:
►government housing kicks in via section 8 multi-family housing? or possible FEMA camp style massive housing?
►homeless camping goes into overload,,, RV/tent/van camping (see Quartzite Arizona)
►zoning 'laws' become accommodating? i.e. multiple families can 'occupy' single family residences (everything/everywhere becomes rentable; prices drop)
►'autonomous zones' crop up everywhere; armed neighborhoods prevent evictions
►sheriffs refuse to 'enforce' evictions and all mortgages 'freeze'?
►civil war; failed state; martial law?
2021 gonna be a reckoning for sure. somthing's gonna pop.

The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".

I have to ask - what all those poor people do? They all become homeless or what?
I don't think politicians will allow them to be kicked out but we'll see.
I am not sure how Europe works (particularly from country to country) obviously so I can't comment on how things work there.
Most of the people here are European so I try to be honest as a US citizen on what I am truly seeing here - sort of a real man on the street and not internet headlines which of course tend to be more sensationalistic than reality.
What I see here is a country that has been in an economic death spiral (all first world countries are following suit because they are under the umbrella of this system as you are well aware.)
Where you see that here in particular is in the housing/rental market. Historically, we used to use the guideline that you should never spend more than 30% of your income on housing. Housing has gotten so high since zero percent interest rates and junk loans and real estate bubbles that that number is usually closer to 50%+.
The rents are high because the house payments from the landlord are high. Being a landlord is very expensive, and the risk from property destruction from bad tenants is incredible here. There is a breakdown of morals here that is disturbing. IU'm not talking wear and tear sorts of damage - that is to be expected, I am talking about tenants literally destroying houses.
I want to assure you though that I know a lot of landlords and they are doing everything to work with the renters they can within reason. Not just to be reasonable and be a decent human being, but because even if you had no conscience, the most expensive and risky thing you can do as a landlord is to have short-term tenants. I'd WAY rather have a guy rent from me for 5 steady years at a discounted rate who doesn't trash the house than try to get full price from different tenants year after year. That isn't to say that there aren't slumlords here and there, but to make money, especially with COVID you HAVE to make reasonable accommodations or it isn't at all profitable.
That leads me to the other side of the story, which is that in America you really have to scrutinize your tenants and go over their references with a fine tooth comb. It is not an exaggeration to say that A WHOLE LOT of tenants have used this eviction ban to squat for 8 months while purposefully paying NO RENT. Many do not want to compromise, they just know they can get away with free rent and it isn't anymore complicated than that. The landlord who needs to pay the bank is SCREWED when you get one of these types because on the flip side of the coin he will literally have the house foreclosed on him.
So the way I see it as a moral human being is that I have great empathy for the renter who has lost his job and is trying the best to pay something for the rent and the landlord is being an A*hole. I am just seeing so many landlords trying to make this work the best they can for the tenant. But I know a lot of people who are getting screwed fierce by their tenants and I support their right to evict 100%. I just want it to be clear that there are two sides to this story and that is not an exaggeration.
This whole thing is a mess. I am fairly confident that the politicians will not allow a massive eviction. They as usual will posture that everybody who owns a rental property is a 1%er (not hardly!) and stick it to them instead.
We'll see. Do any of you in Europe or other places see these same sorts of problems?
