I understand he agreement is to reduce tensions... but this is bad, Syrian troops withdrawing from their own territory only means Syria will be the facto split in 2... Since i dont think Turkey will withdraw from that territory any time soon
War on ISIS is almost over.... but the integrity of Syrian territory seems to be doomed to fail already

I believe that the most of this problems will be solved via diplomatic work after the next Syrian presidential election in 2021. Let's not forget that there are still militant held regions as Idlib or north Aleppo, where Turkish presence is guarantor of security. But it can work only if militants will see Turkey as influential party in the region.
