There is a Polish article about 4 deaths after vaccination with Pfizer/BionTech vvaccine. So far I didn't find this report on other websites.

Details of the two deaths have been made public. The Uppsala region reported the death of a 97-year-old inmate a day after receiving the vaccine. A similar incident occurred in Kalmar and involved an 85-year-old man with multiple illnesses. He died of heart failure.

In total, 96 adverse events were suspected in 38 vaccinated subjects. Almost half of the adverse effects reported by health services or individuals (42) were classified as "serious". Among them is a case of anaphylactic shock, as well as facial paralysis.
