No, this came after Bosnians wanted to transfer one of the migrant leaders to another camp cause he was instigating to uprising. After they detained him unrests started and Bosnians had to call in SWATs with dogs and all. There are some radical jihadi in Bosnia but so far in minority. Bosnians as a nation in general do not support jihadis.
