Is there any citation as to WHO in the Ukraine Army has said this? Are the politicians also onboard with this decision?

I do NOT want to see a war. Especially not one like this, which could drag many countries, including my own, into a fight with Russia. The whole thing was a cluster fuck from the beginning and Ukraine/USA and EU have been directly to blame.

If it is actually over . . . if Ukraine has given up on the idea of an offensive, then I hope we can all breathe a sign of relief.

Yes, there's nothing official about this yet. Lots of people say diferent things on both sides these days.

I doubt Ukrainians just gave up on thought of a war. Too much preparations, planning going on for more then a month. This thing will go off, sooner or later.

Ukrainians maybe did not gave up on thought of war. But they are starting to realize that all the money that they gave to biden family is not enough to buy US soldiers on the ground. Biden family just does not have enough pull in US politics at this moment to push US into another war. at least not this close to EU. Economy is disintegrating in US at very high pace.

I'm certain that Ukrainians think they are able to win this war without NATO boots on the ground. They are that confident, it is often for nationalists to feel that way when they go into war mode. I'm not saying they got reason for this confidence but they sure give out this impression.
