What is interesting in this Ukraine situation is that Merkel has stated that Germany intends to go ahead with Nordstream 2. This is very good news for Ru.F on many levels; I think just possibly this gesture along with hopefully Ukraine returning water flow to Crimea will sufficiently ease critical tensions. It is worthy to note that Putin didn’t make any dramatic comments in his address to the nation. I hope this postulation is correct.
