I have not followed this event. Has White-Russia forced this Ryan Air aircraft to land in Minsk to arrest this guy?
No, the pilot was free to chose where to land, especially in German news you hear lots of bullshits about it. Here on the blog of German living in Russia is a lot of good info about it:
https://www.anti-spiegel.ru/
Here a comment from a flight captain:
https://www.anderweltonline.com/klartext/klartext-20211/erzwungene-landung-in-minsk-die-geschichte-stinkt/
Here from flightradar24:
https://www.flightradar24.com/blog/ryanair-flight-4978-to-vilnius-forcibly-diverted-to-minsk/
.........................
As I understand it, it was a "trap" for Lukaschenko, some say the other airports didn't want a landing, Vilnius or Warsaw etc. Here is a comment from a forum:
https://www.heise.de/forum/Telepolis/Kommentare/Hilft-Moskau-der-in-Belarus-inhaftierten-jungen-Russin/Re-Umbenennung-von-Strassen-nach-Protasiewitsch/posting-38983477/show/
The following letter to the editor was printed in "junge Welt". On closer examination, one must come to the conclusion that perhaps the West needed a cause rather than Lukashenko needed this dissident. In the case of Skripal, Navalny and also now, it was rather the West that needed a prominent victim to launch a very extensive and long-lasting campaign. But Putin and Lukashenko, for their part, did not need such an occasion and scandal in any way.
Letter to the editor by Martin Stuhlinger from Pforzheim (27 May 2021 at 12:37 pm)
"Here is a link to the presidential administration of Belarus with Lukashenko's statements on the incident in this regard: president.gov.by/ru/events/vstrecha-s-parlamentariyami. The bomb threat arrived from abroad (Switzerland, but any secret service can fake that accordingly) at the airports of Athens, Vilnius and Minsk at the same time (a journalist could check). As the plane was in Belarusian airspace at the time, the pilots were informed about the airspace surveillance in Minsk (standard procedure, the radio traffic has since been published). When they reported the explosives, neither Vilnius, where it was flying, nor Warsaw, nor Lviv, nor Kiev wanted to take the plane in (this statement would also be verifiable by journalists). The plane commander thought for fifteen minutes, consulted with his bosses and with the Vilnius airport staff (this statement would also be verifiable by journalists). After all the thinking and phone calls, they decided to land in Minsk when Vilnius was only 70 kilometres away. The Belarusian side had not expected the plane to decide to return. If these statements by Lukashenko are true, the incident looks completely different from what has been portrayed: It is possible that the NATO-controlled countries used bomb threats and landing bans at alternative airports to ensure that the plane had to make a stopover in Minsk, thereby provoking the arrest of the unsuccessful regime-change propagandist and organiser Protasevich in order to exploit it for propaganda purposes. It is possible that Protasevich had overstimulated his paper with exaggerated demands and was disposed of by the regime-change financiers in an elegant secret service manner with propagandistic benefits.

Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.

Rumour has it. There are two versions afaik. Bomb on the board is one and KGB agents provoking fight on the board is the other one. The plane was ordered to land in Minsk. Some say it was copy-cat of 2013s landing of Bolivian president's plane. However, landing of presidential plane is something quite different, really.
Nevertheless, the arrested guy is pro-Banderite scum, as proved recently. So good job arresting him imo.

Personally I consider Yemeni army, and Houthis, as one of the most bad ass military forces. Frankly, I really don't understand how they can successfuly fight against well equipped, US/NATO supported Saudi "coalition" for such a long time. Hopefully, victory will be theirs.

At about the same time and same day that Jana Kiwasni was shot in Sheikh Jarrah, 50 m away Ihab Nashashibi was shot in the groin, requiring surgery. He too was in the yard of his home. No stones were thrown. His daughter filmed. No investigation. Sound on. https://t.co/RowgpRK4eY

500 new Jewish settlers arrived in israel yesterday. These are settlers who would ostensibly move into Sheikh Jarrah or Silwan, while the Palestinians who’ve lived there for decades will be thrown out with nowhere to go. Because they’re not Jewish. https://t.co/8eDyqc3owP

I think the fight against it must also be "internationalised". Somehow I have the feeling that Germany has been chosen - as it was with the refugee crisis - as the pivot for a very big shit. Germany is the country in Europe with the strictest measures and pretty much the worst transatlantic propaganda.

I may not agree 100% with this, but it is the best summary of what is currently available in Germany that I agree with.
Here is also an article from South America that refers to it:
