Beside the worlds largest prison population US surely has the world's largest mobile homes "ownership". But mobile house is still better than homelessness seen in many areas of the US.

If such pictures seen above, or from Hoboken and other well known areas, would be taken in Russia, Iran or other non-World Bank countries, then it would be all over "news webs" and "news papers". Journalism mostly died and what left of it is jailed in the UK...

SBZ. You mean "Sowjetisch besetzte Zone"? Soviet Occupied Zone?

Maybe Gorbachev was naive enough to write down the withdrawal of the Soviet troops from the former occupied zone, but the non-extension of NATO into these areas was only discussed orally.
Königsberg-Kaliningrad is still occupied. Although there were offers from the Russian side to give it back, as far as I remember.
But, if I am not mistaken, there are already NATO troops in Eastern Germany.
