I know these numbers are window dressing. The "statisticians" write about "risk of poverty", but most pensioners are already poor and not only have the risk of becoming poor. 

Anyone who is over the age of 58 here in Germany or is rushed from one "measure" (such as training courses or unpaid internships) to the next, for example, does not count as unemployed. This special training company has been booming for about 15 years. Just like other areas of the "social industry", which devour a large part of the social budget. It should be clear that there is a playground for corruption and a black hole for taxpayers' money.
