There are several interesting aspects to this. I ran the image through an image translator and converted this request for Potassium iodide to English. But it's the logo at the TOP LEFT that I found most interesting.
It translates to the web address ZAPUPKI.GOV.RU which does not (yet) resolve.

When I put the word "ZAPUPKI" into a Russian-to-English translator, I got two possible returns: "navel" no, not ships, your belly button . . . . and the second hit was "Zaporozhye" which is the region in Ukraine presently voting in referendum to join Russia. That vote is still ongoing. Looks as though somebody has already decided that Zaporozhye __is__ going to become Russia.
