Transcarpatia is Закарпатская область (Russian) or Закарпатська область (Ukrainian). What does За- (Sa-) mean?

The Latin prefixes are clear: Trans- "on the other side of...." Cis- "On this side of...."
All the rivers in Transcarpatia are running down to Hungary. So, from a Ukrainian point of view, Trans-carpatia is on the other side of the Karpathian Mountains.
From a Moldavian point of view, Transnistria is on the other side of the Dnjestr.
So, why are they using two different prefixes? Or is it from the Ukrainian or Russian point of view on "this" or "our" side of the Dnjestr?

we are already (for some time) in decline in energy production and in unsustainable energy consumption. as i have pointed out, this event is known for some time. it is only logical that fertility rate is dropping. we are in the process. this is not something that will happen in the future.

WEF, Harari and the Euthanasist gang are aware of this and are trying (because of this) to reduce population and lower energy consumption. WEF, Harari, the Euthanasist gang and I are making decisions on the same information. but we are not agreeing about who will be removed.

I think we did not understand each other. i think it is mathematical certainty that with less energy, there will be less human population. it is not determent at this moment who will be removed from population. but, considering developments with vaccines (mRNA gene therapy) i am hopeful that (as you say) my "own butchers" will be removed from circulation of genetic material.

or to explain to you in simple terms:
there are (different) groups of people who know this is unsustainable and there will be culling of human population. of course, these groups of people will not kill themselves (i think it is not necessary to explain why). so, they are removing those who are not desirable in their future plans. problem is that some of these groups want to remove other groups, and they can not come to agreement on who to cull down. and because of that now you have war (between groups) that will escalate.

it is obvious that you can not come to human population and tell them we will cull part of you because they will freak out. for that, you use propaganda to reduce human population with different excuses. for example, abortion, changing of eating habits, making new laws, promoting single life in media...that kind of thing.
