Translating from moronic, he's basically saying "Nooo, our world empire is in danger!" Trouble is, it's not his empire. He thinks he's part of the ruling caste, but he's just an upjumped peasant at best. Look how Brussels treats Poland, to understand why. 

The darndest thing is, he's right — just not in the way he had in mind. Ukraine really is the failure of the Imperial West. The current conflict has exposed the true nature of the US and its allies, and set in motion processes across the globe that will see their dominion either collapse completely or (in the best-case scenario for them) be drastically reduced.
