The Ukrainian army is on the offensive on the Zaporozhye front:

In the evening, after an artillery preparation, an armored group of the Ukrainian forces again went on the offensive near the town of Orekhov in the Pologi district of the Zaporozhye oblast.

Enemy forces were met with fire by the Russian reconnaissance units and motorized riflemen.

Russian tank unit have already arrived to help, and howitzers artillery is actively striking the enemy.

The enemy already has losses in armored vehicles, at least one tank [GB: and an IFV] is on fire.

Military sources from the frontline report that all attacks by the Ukrainian forces have been repulsed. The Nazis conducted combat reconnaissance using several dozen armored vehicles, including tanks.

Our guys report that the Russian artillery units performed with an "A+".

The fact that the attack was expected is encouraging.

There are reports of heavy fighting in Zaporozhye.

In the Pologovsky district, an attempt was again recorded to break through the Ukrainian mechanized units with the support of tanks and several BMP-2 and M113.

In the same place, the Armed Forces of Ukraine twice carried out reconnaissance in force, both times the units of the 291st regiment of the RF Armed Forces destroyed the enemy.

At the moment, there is a strong battle, Russian artillery and tanks are actively working. The enemy has heavy losses.

Ukrainian President Zelensky is in the Netherlands. On Thursday he will have a meeting with Prime Minister Rutte. It is his first visit to the Netherlands.

The Netherlands supports Ukraine with weapons and money. This year, the government will release 2.5 billion euros for support to the country. Last year, Zelensky addressed the House of Representatives via video link.

The president gave a speech entitled 'No peace without justice for Ukraine'. Several politicians have indicated that they will not be present. “Each member of parliament must decide for himself whether he wants to be at the meeting with Zelensky or not.
