The tracks begin abruptly, I am guessing this means they were air-launched, which adds further weight to these being Storm Shadows...?

Targeted drone killings[edit]
During her years in the Obama administration, Haines worked closely with John Brennan in determining administration policy on extra-judicial "targeted killings" by drones.[5] Newsweek reported Haines was sometimes called in the middle of the night to evaluate whether a suspected terrorist could be "lawfully incinerated" by a drone strike.[41]
The ACLU criticized the Obama policy on drone killings as failing to meet international human rights norms.[42] Haines was instrumental in establishing the legal framework and policy guidelines for the drone strikes, which targeted suspected terrorists in Somalia, Yemen and Pakistan, but also resulted, according to human rights groups, in killing innocent civilians.[43][44] An editor for In These Times said the policy guidelines "made targeted killings all over the world a normal part of US policy".[45]
Critics of Haines' drone policy guidelines said that, although the guidelines stipulate "direct action must be conducted lawfully and taken against lawful targets," they do not reference any international or domestic law that might permit extrajudicial killings outside an active war zone. Opponents of US drone warfare have noted that Haines redacted the minimum criteria for an individual to be "nominated" for lethal action, that the term "nominated" is a deceptive euphemism for targeting people for assassination, and that the drone guidelines allow for the assassination of US citizens without due process.[46]

Massive missile attack of the Russian Armed Forces on the objects of the AFU on the night of May 12-13, 2023On the night of May 12-13, the Russian Armed Forces launched a massive missile attack on enemy targets throughout Ukraine. Basically, UAVs "Geran" were used.
The first explosions were heard in Kramatorsk and Slavyansk a little after midnight. In the occupied capital of Zaporozhye and Nikolaev, explosions thundered in the first hour of the night.
After there were several explosions in the Solomensky district of Kyiv. Whether this was the result of an air defense operation or whether individual targets were actually hit is currently unknown. Local sources circulated footage of burning equipment, which was recorded in an "ambulance".
The brightest blows fell on Khmelnitsky.
The Khmelnytsky Instrument-Making Plant "Neva" was struck. The enterprise produced radio engineering systems, equipment for airfields and aircraft. Judging by the prolonged secondary detonation from the field, there was an ammunition depot at the plant - the UAV warehouse could well have been covered.
The authors of the War History of Weapons channel, citing their sources, write (https://t.me/warhistoryalconafter/100760) that the Kation plant in the industrial zone in the south-west of Khmelnitsky was also hit, but we did not find footage confirming the strike on the Web.
In addition, there were reports of explosions in Lvov, but, alas, there is no confirmation.
