URGENT: RUSSIA STOPS ALL EXPORTS OF GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL

This morning, on Thursday, September 21, Russia announced that it is "temporarily" stopping the export of gasoline and diesel fuel.

Russia is the world's largest exporter of diesel fuel by sea.

This decision will have an immediate impact on fuel costs and availability.  Expect skyrocketing prices, especially for diesel, and, as a result, skyrocketing prices for ALL products transported by truck.

At the moment it is not known how long this "temporary" stop will last.

INTELLIGENCE INFORMATION:
Russia's sudden stop of exports of gasoline and diesel fuel has absolutely nothing to do with the publicly stated need to reduce fuel prices in Russia.  

According to INTELLIGENCE INFORMATION, this step is specifically about "war preparation".

My former colleagues in the intelligence community, who have sources in Russia, CONFIRM that Russia wants to ensure that it has full and adequate reserves for a "massive" war, even if its production capacities are destroyed by this war. Russia also plans to supply fuel to China and North Korea.

Russia also sees this export ban for another reason: it deliberately wants to economically harm the countries that support Ukraine by bringing their economy to a standstill due to a deep shortage of diesel fuel and thus disrupting the supply chain. Goods cannot be transported if trucks and trains do not receive diesel fuel. This dizzying increase in the price of fuel will lead to uncontrollable inflation for all goods transported by truck... which is pretty much everything, except electricity and natural gas.

Europe will be almost completely crushed by what Russia is doing now. The United States will have a supply of diesel, but it will be so expensive that it will become unaffordable because US companies get better prices when they sell their diesel to Europe.

Saudi Arabia has also just announced that its supply cuts will be extended until 2024, without giving a fixed date for the resumption of deliveries.

Yeah my impression is these will be much *less* effective against strategic targets.
A unitary warhead would blast through cement and steel walls and blow up whatever’s on the other side.
Anything in a sturdy building should be safe from these, right?

Russian sources are talking about two SCALP missiles and not Storm Shadow.
