The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced in its daily report on Wednesday that the number of Palestinians killed in the ongoing Israeli genocide in the Strip since October 7 has now reached 34,262, with 77,229 injured as the war reaches its 201st day.

Additionally, the ministry stated that the Israeli occupation committed in the past 24 hours six massacres against families in the Strip, which resulted in the martyrdom of 79 people and the injury of 86.

It noted that thousands of victims of the aggression remain trapped under rubble and on roads inaccessible to ambulance and civil defense crews, additionally. the occupation continues to prevent rescue teams from reaching destruction sites.

Hundreds of coffins containing the bodies of NATO soldiers are reportedly being flown back from Ukraine . Last week, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported numerous precision attacks on Ukrainian training centers for UAV pilots, temporary deployment bases of Ukrainian armed forces, nationalist military formations and foreign mercenaries, Pronews reports.

“From April 13 to April 19, 2024, in response to attempts by the Kiev regime to attack Russian energy and industrial facilities, Russia carried out 34 massive attacks using long-range and high-precision weapons from the air and sea, as well as drones.

The attacks affected: energy facilities, enterprises of the military-industrial complex, Ukraine's railway infrastructure, air defense positions, arsenals and fuel tanks for the army ,” the Russian Defense Ministry statement said.

The waves of attacks on the facilities, which housed Ukrainian and foreign soldiers, came after reports of the deployment of the first group of the French army near the Ukrainian fronts and in particular in the city of Slavyansk.

After a series of massive Russian attacks on the city, several sources reported that the French army was the target.

Massive climb down from the WHO Working Group on almost ALL substantive concerns that we and others have raised over the past 18 months.

The WHO’s recommendations remain non-binding. Article 13A.1 which would have required Member States to follow directives of the WHO as the guiding and coordinating authority for international public health has been dropped entirely.

An egregious proposal which would have erased reference to the primacy of “dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms” has been dropped. This proposal marked a particularly low water-mark, and should never have been suggested.

Provisions that would have allowed the WHO to intervene on the basis of a mere ‘potential’ health emergency have been dropped: a pandemic must now either be happening or likely to happen, but with the safeguard that to activate its IHR powers the WHO must demonstrate that coordinated international action is necessary.

Proposals to construct a global censorship and ‘information control’ operation led by the WHO have been dropped.

A material dampening of the expansionist ambitions of the WHO: provisions which had proposed to expand the scope of the IHRs to include “all risks with a potential to impact public health” (e.g. climate change, food supply) have been deleted. The scope now remains essentially unchanged, focussed on the spread of disease.

Explicit recognition that Member States not the WHO are responsible for implementing these regulations, and bold plans for the WHO to police compliance with all aspects of the IHRs have been materially watered down.

Many other provisions have been diluted, including: surveillance mechanisms that would have given the WHO a mandate to find thousands of potential new pandemic signals; provisions which would have encouraged and favoured digital health passports; provisions requiring forced technology transfers and diversion of national resources.

The published document is only an interim draft, to be put before the IHR Working Group during this week’s final negotiations, so it could yet change.

That said, on the basis of this draft this is a profound victory for people power over unaccountable technocracy.

The US in recent weeks shipped long-range missiles to Ukraine. President Biden told his team to include the long-range ATACMS in this funding package, but to do so secretly in order to maintain operational security and the element of surprise for Ukraine, the official said.

The missiles were contained in a $300 million military aid package approved on March 12, a US official told Reuters, speaking on condition of anonymity. The White House later issued a comment, saying ‘commitments’ were received from Kiev to not use the long-range missiles outside of Ukraine’s border.

Defying U.S. Sanctions: Pakistan and Iran Push Ahead With Gas Pipeline Project

In a bold move, Pakistan has ignored the fear of U.S. sanctions regarding the implementation of the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline: Defence Minister Khawaja Asif expressed confidence that the challenges facing the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project would be overcome and successfully completed.

Speaking to Geo News TV, Asif highlighted the increasing involvement of major powers, including European and Western nations, through proxies, especially with regard to Israel.

Islamabad has been wrestling with the gas pipeline project since 2010 over fears of U.S. sanctions. The agreement reached that year was to supply natural gas from Iran to Pakistan over a period of 25 years, covering a distance of 1,900 kms. While Iran invested $2bln in its section, Pakistan postponed construction due to ongoing international sanctions against Iran.

Iran has completed the project from its side, but is waiting for Pakistan to start.
