I haven't paid much attention . . . . ok, I haven't paid __any_ attention to this Georgia Foreign Agent Law, so I don't understand what the fuss is about.

Here in the USA, if a person is doing the bidding of a foreign government, that person must register with the US Government as a "Foreign Agent." It's no big deal . . . unless you fail to do it.

Is __this__ what is being debated/protested in Georgia?

Why would it be a big deal for the People of Georgia to have Foreign Agents be forced to reveal themselves? I would think that's a good thing.

Of that I have ZERO doubt! I saw what the US and EU did in Ukraine during the whole "Maiden" riots. So if there's trouble in Georgia, there is no doubt in my mind whatsoever, my government has its dirty hands in it. I'm just trying to understand the issue. It seems, at face value, the people of Georgia are being riled-up to PREVENT a Foreign Agent Disclosure law. If that's the case, the people of Georgia are siding with the very people who are sent there to destroy their country.
