After 100 days, units that are left are sent to the front and mobilization starts. In case US of A is fighting on 2 front war (Taiwan with china) then time is much shorter. If Iraq and Israel become active, that time is even shorter.

From the moment that NATO troops cross the border of Ukraine (officially) there is around 100 days to start of mobilizations in NATO countries.
