There were reports, that Armenia is leaving CESTO and asking France for deploying troops. Turkey and Azerbaijan were threatening Armenia over these French troops and now all of a sudden, nothing has changed and Yerevan is still in the Russian-Iranian sphere of influence. That's why I was surprised.
