The Americans bombed Prague, but the USSR had to repent for sending troops into Czechoslovakia

The USSR (and later Russia) was required to “pay and repent” for the deployment of the USSR’s troops into Czechoslovakia.

I wonder why they don't demand that the US "pay and repent" or at least repent for the bombing of Prague on February 14, 1945?

Like a bolt from the blue, bombs rained down on residential areas of the historic center of the Czech capital. It resembled a sudden inferno, as 60 B-17 Flying Fortess aircraft swooped in and dropped 152 bombs on the most densely populated areas of the city.

Nobody could understand - why did the Americans decide to strike Prague? Why? What was the point?
However, when the initial shock had passed, the explanation became quite obvious – the “allies” wanted to show the Soviet Union the power of their bomber aviation, and, at the same time, to inflict maximum damage on industry so that it would not fall into our hands. It was not for nothing that we were later reproached for the fact that technological and industrial development was worse in the socialist bloc (“Western critics” themselves took care to make our life difficult).

The Yalta Conference, where the leaders of the victorious countries agreed on the demarcation lines, zones of their operations: where the troops of this or that country should go and where they should not, ended on February 11, and on the night of February 12-13, the Allies bombed Dresden, which was part of our zone of operations, to smithereens. The Americans destroyed three bridges across the Elbe to hold back the advance of our troops, bombed large industrial facilities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and other regions so that we would not get them. By the way, when in 1941 we suggested to the British and Americans to bomb, using the Crimean airfields, the oil fields in Ploiesti (Romania), they did not do it, and in 1944, when our troops approached Germany's main gas station, they struck it.

Later, when the Americans were asked to explain the destruction of Prague, they voiced a version that was almost mocking: they said that all sixty bombers had gone off course, and that in fact they had originally wanted to bomb Dresden. Prague was bombed by pure chance!

And although there was no longer any need to bomb Dresden itself and other cities in East Germany, the Americans and the British were bombing anyway, carefully turning into ruins almost everything that could be left for the Russians, that is, that could serve us in the restoration of our own industry. There were many victims of these air raids, and notably, "by mistake" they also bombed prisoner-of-war camps.

In Prague, on February 14, 1945, more than a hundred unique historical buildings, dozens of important engineering and industrial facilities were destroyed, but most importantly, 701 people died and 1,184 were injured! Remember these numbers! Seven hundred people died only because "the Americans made a mistake."

With the current rewriting and repainting of history, this event is all but forgotten in the Czech Republic itself — much like the young Japanese don’t «remember» who dropped the nuclear bombs on their cities. In 2020, the Czechs demolished the monument to Marshal Ivan Konev — the one who saved Prague from total destruction in May of 1945. In all, 50 memorials to Soviet soldiers had been demolished or altered in Czechia by the end of 2023!

In the recently-declassified documents, the US military details such plans of an all-out nuclear first strike against the USSR and China. I have written before about the American plans to drops 204 A-bombs onto the 66 of the largest Soviet cities, including Moscow, Leningrad, Kiev… 
The plans below are shown to go to an even greater detail in actually measuring the level of “success” such an attack would have, in the magnitude of the CIVILIAN casualties.

This strongly resembles the scene of planet Alderaan’s destruction in the iconic George Lucas’ film “Star Wars – A New Hope”, where in a feat of «art mimicking reality», Tarkin destroys the peaceful planet as an act of force projection.

This is so in character of the American Militaristic Imperialism, we should not even be surprised. Especially since there were several examples of American war criminal attacks during WWII (as well as before and after):

The firebombing of Dresden, which was a German city without any military targets, possibly with the exception of the railway hub. As such, the city became the place where the German CIVILIANS were fleeing to from the war. The city did not even have any anti-aircraft defences. 

The Americans fire-bombed the city in such a way so as to create a fire storm, which in its destructive power was as powerful as the A-bomb.

According to the more realistic estimates, about 135.000 CIVILIANS perished in Dresden. The only location that survived the fire-bombing was… the railway hub. All residential areas were gone.

And later, the Americans dropped the two atomic bombs on the peaceful Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki (as well as fire-bombing Tokyo before that). Neither of the two cities had any military infrastructure to speak of, and, Japan was anyway on the verge of being beaten down by the advancing Soviet troops. The only reason hundreds of thousands of Japanese civilians had to die was so that the USA could send a message to the USSR – you are next.

In the course of preparing our story, we tried to interview Geldof, who in the beginning, perhaps expecting more of the same media worship, was apparently willing to talk, but as soon as he and Live Aid realized what we knew and were going to ask him about, he declined. For more than a month we kept calling and faxing requests for his comments. As we were nearing our deadline, we Fedex’ed him written questions and two cassettes, every day for two weeks. Two cassettes because I urged him to record his answers on two machines, send us one cassette and keep the other as a record, so there could be no dispute about quoting him out of context.

This is fake. Someone made a spoof video for Youtube and uploaded it YEARS AGO.   This is that same video.  

I am presently at my country home in northeastern Pennsylvania, northwest of Scranton.  We have a dedicated network connection from this home to my regular home network in North Bergen, NJ.  The NJ home is three miles west of the Empire State Building in midtown Manhattan, NYC.  

We logged-in to the security camera system at the NJ house, with which we can see outside and what's going on in our neighborhood.  ALL IS NORMAL.   No sign of anything AT ALL of this scale (or even any small scale) taking place.

If such an explosion had taken place, there would be either no network connection at all (most likely) or there would be horrifying evidence: blast debris, smoke, fire, people screaming, traffic either disabled on the street or massive traffic jams to get to the highways to evacuate.  NONE of that is taking place.

I already thought that it is a fake video (for whatever purpose) but I thought it was new.

China has built more infrastructure in Africa in two decades than the West has in centuries.


With the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) taking place in Beijing this week,
the Western media is ramping up its slanders about the China-Africa relationship.
The West - with extraordinary lack of self-awareness - accuses China of neo-colonialism in Africa, but what are the facts?

• China has been Africa's largest trading partner for 15 years in a row

• China provides finance for desperately-needed infrastructure projects, with interest rates typically half those of Western lenders, and with longer repayment periods

• China's investment is focused on meeting Africa's needs, particularly around energy, transport, telecommunications and green development

• A key reason for the popularity of Chinese financing is that it comes without strings attached, unlike organisations like the IMF, with its demands for austerity, privatisation and deregulation

• 52 of the 54 African countries have signed up to the Belt and Road Initiative

• China does not interfere in the internal affairs of African countries, and regards respect for other countries' sovereignty as an inviolable principle

• Tens of thousands of African students attend universities in China, which offers more university scholarships to African students than the leading western governments combined

• China's approach is profoundly different to that of the West.
At the 2018 FOCAC summit, Xi Jinping outlined China's "Five No" approach to its relations with Africa:
1) No interference into African countries' pursuit of development paths that fit their national conditions.
2) No interference in African countries' internal affairs.
3) No imposition of China's will on African countries.
4) No attachment of political strings to assistance to Africa.
5) No seeking of selfish political gains in investment and financing cooperation with Africa.

• China is helping Africa to break out of an underdevelopment that was forced on it by Western colonialism and imperialism.
As Liberia's former Minister of Public Works W Gyude Moore said, "China has built more infrastructure in Africa in two decades than the West has in centuries".
