depends who you consider "right wing". but let us say like this, there are differences in what "right wing" is and can include depending on who is making the claim.

as for my own impression, i think orban is trying to present him self in any way he founds useful at the moment. and he is partly playing "right wing" politician. as for the title "right wing" it is mostly from media not from his policies. 30,40 years ago he would be center. not even right center.
