Twelve Tufts University men's lacrosse players were diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis, a rare and life-threatening muscle disorder, following a 45-minute voluntary workout with a school alum who recently graduated as a Navy SEAL, according to school spokesperson Patrick Collins.
The workout, which took place earlier this week, has resulted in 12 cases of the disease within the lacrosse program, and five hospitalizations as of Saturday afternoon. According to Collins, the number of cases and hospitalizations could increase.
Rhabdomyolysis occurs when a damaged muscle breaks down rapidly and causes the release or proteins and electrolytes into an individual's bloodstream. The effects of the protein and electrolyte release can cause kidney failure, disability or death.

The fascists disfigured it with a virtual "mask" of a "black monkey". They also celebrate, for example, a shot of a killed little boy, which they disfigure with virtually added "painting". They refer to dead Palestinian children as "piglets" and "fresh veal".
But not only Palestinians are on their racist mockery program, but all Arabs, all Muslims. They harbor bestial extermination fantasies.

US does not see "Putin's interest" in resuming START talks, as reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the White House.
Earlier, after the White House's statement on its readiness to resume negotiations with Russia on the new START, there followed a statement on Biden's intention to discuss with Zelensky the issue of lifting the ban on strikes deep into Russia.
Moscow had previously stated that Russia’s return to compliance with the New START Treaty was only possible if the United States abandoned its hostile course toward Russia.
