So there you have it. Another example where dotard pushes tariffs on other countries for alleged economic reasons and the so called 'free market', when it is nothing to do with economic reasons at all. And the alleged economic reason is just used as cover for pushing geopolitical blackmail.
Trump says "the EU has higher tariffs than the US, so it's not fair" and reacts by applying tariffs on the EU products. Then when a country agrees to US demands to reduce their tariffs on the US products Trump moves the goalposts, turns around and says not good enough.
But then there's the US ambassador to Germany who has revealed that Trump would very likely be willing to rescind the tariffs on the European countries if they comply with US demands when it comes to Iran.
Of course the most of this tarifs is just economic terrorism to pus own political goals that have nothing to do with a life of average Joe. US regime just openly and blatantly turned into rogue, extortionate entity and it will accelerate American downfall.

Blatant is exactly the right word. I mean the amount of times he made the point about justifying his steel tariffs because of the EU's higher car tariffs... and most sickening of all is he repeatedly made the point that he does such actions because he wanted the EU to reduce to zero tariffs in order to protect the US workers' jobs. Now he gets offered what he was asking for from the EU, he refuses, and he is exposed as a blatant liar.
