I'm not so disappointed over this. Did you read joint Iraqi/Iranian/Syrian statement a few weeks ago? They said clearly that they are not going to responde to enemy's attempts to drag them to a war in tim and place chosen by the enemy. I disagree not fighting back is what made them brave enough to come out and try to steal the Golan Syria needs to inflict one massive blow like Hezbollah always does if Lebanon is attacked by Israel. Syria has one of the most advanced anti ship missiles in the P-800 Oniks , the most advanced anti tank missiles in the Kornet and unlimited amount of missiles and ballistic missiles it's time to use them and set up a deterrent otherwise they will keep attacking.

PRAGUE (Sputnik) – The Czech Republic clings to the European Union’s position and the UNSC Resolution viewing the Golan Heights as the area occupied by Israel, Czech Foreign Minister Tomas Petricek said in the wake of the US decision to recognize the Golan as a part of the Israeli territory.

"The Czech Republic fully supports the UNSC resolution on the Golan Heights. We also support the joint European position according to which this territory is considered as occupied. We do not want to violate international law or international resolutions in any way", Petricek said after his meeting with his Lebanese counterpart Gebran Bassil on Wednesday. Bassil, in his turn, argued that Trump’s decision violated Syria’s rights.
