"Protasevich gives a long interview to Belarusian television and names his backers".
The opposition activist Roman Protasevich, who was arrested in Minsk, gave a four-hour interview to Belarusian television, of which almost one and a half hours were broadcast.
...
He also repeatedly says that in recent months he has come to have doubts, that he has come into conflict with his fellow supporters because - after the failure to revive the protests in March - he thought the game was lost. He claims that doubts have come to him in recent months.
This may be a protective claim because he naturally hopes for a lighter sentence. On the other hand, Protasevich uses these conflicts to explain that he has now been sacrificed to serve as a pretext for new sanctions against Belarus.
He also knew about the foiled coup attempt and, according to him, it was he who hinted to Tikhanovskaya that there might be a violent attempt to take power. She seems to have known nothing about the fact that her advisers had planned a coup.
... And that the USA is behind Tikhanovskaya is no secret, because her most important advisor Franak Viačorka is a fellow at the Atlantic Council and used to work for the US state media.
The opposition reported his arrest before he was arrested
Protasevich, moreover, is convinced that he was sacrificed by his "friends" and that the bomb threat against the Ryanair flight and the subsequent landing in Minsk is the work of those behind the opposition. The reason is easy to understand: While nobody knew yet that the Ryanair plane had landed in Minsk and Protasevich was still waiting in the airport terminal for passport control and the expected arrest, Viačorka has already reported on Twitter his arrest in Minsk, we will get to that in a moment.
The fact that Protasevich has clearly been sacrificed to get a pretext for a new media campaign against Belarus and for new sanctions may have prompted him to cooperate with the Belarusian investigators. Firstly, he is probably pissed off at his "friends" and secondly, he is of course hoping for lighter sentences, as he faces up to 15 years in prison.
Even though most readers are unlikely to understand Russian, I am linking the interview here. In the West, it is claimed that Protasevich is being tortured and threatened. Even without any knowledge of Russian, however, viewers can get an idea of Protasevich's body language and ask themselves whether he looks like someone who is being put under pressure. Everyone should have their own opinion on this, but what you can clearly see is that he speaks freely the whole time.

"...
Surveillance cameras recorded at 2:35 p.m. the blogger standing in the terminal with other passengers waiting for passport and customs control. No one is interested in him, nor in his girlfriend. Here she stops to tie her shoe. But at this very moment, Svetlana Tikhanovskaya's closest associate, Franak Viačorka, is already sounding the alarm on Twitter.
"The regime forced a Ryanair flight to land in order to arrest prominent Belarusian journalist Roman Protasevich. He faces the death penalty," Viačorka tweeted at 2.35pm.
This means that the blogger was arrested only after opposition channels started reporting his arrest. Thanks to them, it became known - perhaps even to the Belarusian intelligence services - that Protasevich was at the airport in Minsk.
"I actually had a good relationship with Franak Viačorka, but in less than a week his attitude towards me turned into the opposite," Protasevich said. "He even said the phrase: we will have to look into further cooperation."
Now this same Viačorka is calling on the West not to be stingy with sanctions against the regime for the sake of a good future for Belarus.

Twenty years after the first drafts of a human genome were published (Science 2001, DOI: 10.1126/science.1058040; Nature 2001, DOI: 10.1038/35057062),
researchers have filled in missing sections, assembling a full genome sequence of 3.055 billion base pairs.
A consortium of labs known as the Telomere-to-Telomere Consortium, or T2T Consortium,
published a preprint, ahead of peer review, describing the work (bioRxiv 2021, DOI: 10.1101/2021.05.26.445798).
Adam Phillippy at the National Institutes of Health and Karen Miga at the University of California, Santa Cruz, cochair the T2T consortium,
which has members across the globe. Until now, they say, around 8% of the human genome has been missing from reference genomes.
The consortium used two competing new sequencing technologies (developed by Pacific Biosciences in California and Oxford Nanopore in the UK)
that avoid this problem by allowing researchers to sequence much longer stretches of the genome with high accuracy.

[qoute]Where was this from Question Question Question Any source?
But interesting - DARPA, always reminds me of Regina Dugan and her "jobs" at Google and FB.[/quote]
There are many sources for this info that Zod reported,
some articles you can find here:

prnewswire.com/news-releases/darpa-awards-moderna-therapeutics-a-grant-for-up-to-25-million-to-develop-messenger-rna-therapeutics-226115821.html
Take a look also on this one:
(November 9, 2018) MODERNA, INC.
..
Currently, mRNA is considered a gene therapy product by the FDA.
Unlike certain gene therapies that irreversibly alter cell DNA and could act as a source of side effects,
mRNA based medicines are designed to not irreversibly change cell DNA; however, side effects observed in gene therapy
could negatively impact the perception of mRNA medicines despite the differences in mechanism.
In addition, because no product in which mRNA is the primary active ingredient has been approved,
the regulatory pathway for approval is uncertain. The number and design of the clinical and preclinical studies required
for the approval of these types of medicines have not been established,
may be different from those required for gene therapy products or may require safety testing like gene therapy products.
Moreover, the length of time necessary to complete clinical trials and to submit an application for marketing approval for a final decision
by a regulatory authority varies significantly from one pharmaceutical product to the next, and may be difficult to predict.
We have incurred significant losses since our inception and anticipate that we will continue to incur significant losses for the foreseeable future.
We have incurred net losses in each year since our inception in 2009, including net losses of $216.2 million and $255.9 million for the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2017, respectively.
As of December 31, 2017, we had an accumulated deficit of $621.9 million. As of September 30, 2018, we had an accumulated deficit of $865.2 million.

In the 5th century BC the Persian Shah-in-Shah gave permission to a group of Jews to create a Jewish state in the Levant (the "Kyros-edict", cf. Balfour declaration during WW I) in connection with a Jewish bank in Babylon (cf. Rothschild in London) to collect the taxes in the province of Egypt. The result was, that this Jewish group coming over from Babylon found, that there was living a group of Jews already (the "Samaritans"). They were treated like animals. The Persians lost access to Egypt and the Egyptians rose up against the Jewish tax-collectors and expelled them. In the 4th century BC the Persians could re-occupy Egypt, but only to get defeated by Alexander from Makedonia, who renewed the permission for this Jewish state.
It took till 70 AD to get rid of this state.
The Persians should know this and act accordingly.
I would like to see scenes like this in Damascus or Tehran:
