The same thing happened with the JDAM bombs sent by the US.”

The British news site was all about the ineffectiveness of American weapons against Russian electronic warfare, but it was reported that the Storm Shadows, which missed the target many times, directed their complex targeting system onto the wrong target many times without the need for air defense intervention.

Russia has moved from standard GPS jamming to dense electronic warfare that completely penetrates targeting structures, and thus, with the exception of improved internal targeting structures, the likelihood of a missile making a clean shot has decreased significantly unless it finds a gap in dense areas electronic warfare.
