Israel: Change of course with gradual withdrawal of troops from Northern Gaza - Operations are not paying off

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallad tonight presented the Israeli government's plans for the next phase of the war in Gaza, with a more targeted approach to the northern part of the Palestinian enclave and continued operations in the south.

Gallant said that in the northern Gaza Strip there would be a transition to a new approach to warfare that would include raids, the destruction of Hamas tunnels, air and ground operations as well as "special" operations.
