From my point of view it would be an advantage, but it is no necessity to take Odessa before supporting Tiraspol. There is enough ammo in Pridnestrovia. Russia could in an emergency just fly in enough troops to hold the position for the moment.

I don't trust either as-Sisi or Erdogan. Both give lip service to the Palestinians, but would never actively help them. As-Sisi is in constant need of money. So it is a possibility, that he is selling Egyptian territory to UAE and Turkey. But the Egyptians would strongly oppose this, especially as they see the Turks as an occupier. From 1500 to WW I Turkey had occupied Egypt and the Egyptians are glad to have got rid of them.
Non-the-less UAE and Turkey are involved in Somalia just right now. Erdogan has signed military and security agreement with Mogadischu. This comes at the time, when Ethiopia has signed an agreement with Somaliland, a breakaway region of Somalia. So Erdogan is willing to protect Somalia against Ethiopia. Egypt on the other hand is strongly opposed to the Ethiopian dam and is threatening Ethiopia openly. So Erdogan is now cooperating with both opponents of Ethiopia militarily. So, this makes sense to me. Furthermore this is in line with Erdogan's Neo-Ottoman policy. Egypt and Sudan were provinces of the former Ottoman Empire and there were Ottoman naval stations in later Somalia. But all attempts of the Ottomans to conquer Ethiopia failed. This seems to be a continuation of this old policy.
I don't think, this has any effect on the war in Gaza.
About the Russians in the Golan, I have no idea, but I have seen more reports about it.
