Only if US changed from a sea-power to a land-power, NATO could disappear. A change in government of the European states is irrelevant (maybe now in France and Austria). Turkey out of NATO could allow Russia free passage through the Straits and block NATO navies. Turkey as a member of BRICS could re-activate the old Hejas railroad. China would give the money to have a rail-connection to Egypt and Africa. "Israel" would be finished. It could not block this railroad.
