Rep. Dan Meuser, who was in the front row at the rally with Rep. Mike Kelly and Pennsylvania GOP Senate Candidate Dave McCormick, reported hearing 8-10 shots.

He stated that it appeared multiple people in the crowd might have been hit and were down.
