"It's too quiet, I don't like it".?
That was me.
Lots of drone attacks (and at least one ballistic missile on Kiev) but of course in the background is the quiet rumbling of the main event coalescing.
And yes, I'm having my first beer night in over two weeks

The coordinates, pinpointing the mercenaries, were transferred to the gunners, transferring an ACCURATE at Ukrainian army position, resulting in POWERFUL fire breaking out and BURNING the mercenaries to a crisp.

According to Spiegel, the incident occurred in the municipality of Groß-Stromkendorf. As the main version, the police considers arson.
The dormitory building burned out almost completely, only the outer walls remained. Fortunately, all 14 people accommodated in the hostel were not injured, they managed to leave the premises in time
as per Вещаем новости (Broadcast News) on Telegram.

I was curious and had a look. Groß-Strömkendorf is in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in the extreme North-East at the Baltic Sea close to the Polish border. It is not the first time, that a refugee accommodation is burned down there. During the 1990s already, there were attacks on and in the refugee accommodations in this state.
For historical information: Pommern was cut into two pieces in 1945. The Eastern part was occupied by Poland and the Germans were pushed out and the Western part is now incorporated into this state. The Polish border is the most desperate part of Eastern Germany now.

who are the ultimate beneficiaries of the unipolar model,
have not only advocated the polarity shift from West to East
but have also played a part in facilitating it.
Indeed, they have created the monetary, financial, economic and thus geopolitical conditions
that appear to guarantee it.
We learned in Parts 1 and 2 that the unipolar world order
established a system of global governance that is founded upon global public-private partnership
and that this empowered oligarchs to engineer policy agendas around the world, unconstrained by national borders.
If the multipolar world order is something new,
then surely this trajectory towards centralised global governance should change, right?
But when the multipolar model seems to be accelerating the transition to centralised power,
then we have to wonder if there is anything new and different about it at all.

Bank of Japan: “Emergency Bond-Buying Operations”
October 19th, 2022https://archive.ph/qTId9
Via: Reuters:
Japan’s central bank on Thursday said it would hold emergency bond-buying operations, offering to buy some $667 million in government debt, a move designed to put a floor under bond prices.
The announcement from the Bank of Japan came as the yen currency teetered at the break of 150 to the dollar, a level that would mark a 32-year-low and has been seen as psychologically important for market players.
--------------
just a note here**
this^^ is exactly where the BoE is also teetering atm...
i.e. when NOBODY tenders offers to buy your bonds...
your own Central Bank then has to buy (rescue) them,
else they continue to FALL into the category of 'junk bonds' oblivion.
in the simplest of terms:
it is the government issuing... then buying its own debt. (cuz nobody else will).

https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/russia-review-working-with-un-chief-if-he-inspects-drones-ukraine-2022-10-19/
UNITED NATIONS, Oct 19 (Reuters) - Russia said on Wednesday that it will reassess cooperation with U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres
if he sends experts to Ukraine to inspect drones that Western powers say were made in Iran and used by Moscow in violation of a U.N. resolution.
A closed-door U.N. Security Council meeting on Russia's use of drones in Ukraine
took place at the request of the United States, France and Britain,
who argue that the drones are Iranian made and used by Moscow
are in violation of a 2015 resolution endorsing the Iran nuclear deal.
"Iran has obligations not to export these weapons," Britain's Deputy U.N. Ambassador James Kariuki posted on Twitter after the meeting.
Iran and Russia both argue that there is no mandate for Guterres to send experts to Ukraine to inspect the drones.
In a letter to Guterres on Wednesday, Iran's U.N. Ambassador Amir Saeid Iravani said Ukraine's invitation to U.N. experts "lacks any legal foundation"
and called on Guterres "to prevent any misuse" of the resolution and U.N. officials on issues related to the Ukraine war.
French U.N. Ambassador Nicolas de Riviere said
Guterres has a "clear mandate twice a year to report on all these things and to make technical assessments,
so I think the U.N. secretariat will have to go and will go."
Under the 2015 resolution, a conventional arms embargo on Iran was in place until October 2020.
But Ukraine and Western powers argue that the resolution still includes restrictions on missiles and related technologies until October 2023
and can encompass the export and purchase of advanced military systems such as drones.

UNCUT NEWS
Biden's technology war turns Nuclear
A lot of people don't know what happened yesterday. To put it simply, Biden has given all Americans working in China the choice of either quitting their jobs or losing American citizenship. All American executives and engineers working in the Chinese semiconductor industry quit yesterday and shut down Chinese production overnight. A single round of sanctions by Biden has done more damage than all four years of performative sanctioning under Trump. Although American semiconductor exporters had to apply for licenses during the Trump years, the licenses were approved within a month.
With the new Biden sanctions, all American suppliers of IP blocks, components and services left overnight – and thus stopped all services [to China]. Long story short: every advanced node semiconductor company is currently facing a comprehensive supply freeze, layoffs of all American employees and an immediate paralysis of operations. This is what the destruction looks like: China's semiconductor industry was reduced to zero overnight. Complete collapse. No chance to survive.

Is there anything more specific about how serious the impact is?

Ok, I know what will happen once Transatlantistan takes full control of the world. For 99% of people, it will be the boot that kicks them in the face 24/7/365. Slavery in ancient Rome may have been a rest home against it.
What happens if "Eurasistan" can bring the transatlantics to their knees, but then turns out to be a similar bunch of assholes? Well, then those are to be fought by the people. The advantage is, Eurasistan cannot fall back on the Kraken tentacles with which Transatlantistan has penetrated everything so far and will not be able to implement this decades-old project of the CIA, Hollywood and think tanks in a short time.
First of all, as long as Putin and Xi do what I want, I should be fine with that. As soon as they start making mischief, they have lost my consent. It's that simple.

The main reason for my wish to change this society is that so many human skills have no chance to come to fruition. Instead they are used in a really sick way so that people are maintaining their own suffering from wars, hunger and illness. But it can not be changed "top-down", only in some kind of "grassroots revolution" or better "evolution" where more and more people work together to get rid of TPTB (whoever that is).
No need for a "big event" but development. One of my ideas to reach it: Don't play "their" games - don't use "their" rules - don't think in the box of "their" paradigms.
It's more "refuse" than "resist" - without too much ideology. You don't need to know much about "what's going on behind the curtains", it's mainly to create your own rules together with like-minded people.
That is what I mean with "I'm on the side of the people".
Ceterum censeo Imperium Americanum esse delendum.
