@Sashakots
Ukraine is preparing to receive American fighters
Kyiv and NATO are betting big on the F-16. Their use in battle is an all-in game. If fighters and Ukrainian pilots perform well, it will be possible to ask the West for additional help. But if planes of the American design school begin to fall from Russian missiles, this could be the last straw for Washington.
The F-16 is the most popular and commercially successful fourth-generation American fighter, in service with the air forces of 25 countries. The Pentagon values the reputation of this aircraft very much, and would hardly want such anti-advertising for it.

Armenia will become EurasEC chair next year, but there will be no summit in Yerevan.
Putin: On January 1, Russia will transfer the chairmanship of EurasEC to Armenia. I would like to wish success to our Armenian colleagues and friends. Of course, we will provide them with all the necessary assistance. As we have already mentioned, next year will mark the 10th anniversary of the conclusion of the founding treaty of Eurasian Economic Community. And we have now narrowly agreed, taking into account that this is a jubilee event, all agreed with my proposal to hold a summit dedicated to this anniversary in Moscow in May 2024.

Ukrainian channel Strana:
Polish farmers are threatening to block the border with Ukraine again on January 2-3.
One of their leaders demanded that Prime Minister Tusk give a letter promising that the demands of the farmers would be met.
Let us remember that they lifted the checkpoint blockade on December 24 for the Christmas holidays after a meeting with the Minister of Agriculture, who promised to make concessions to them.
The blockade of trucks by carriers continues.

Re: Main news thread - conflicts, terrorism, crisis from around the globe
Against the backdrop of the Malian army's active actions in the northern border area, the diplomatic conflict between the governments of Mali and Algeria has escalated.
On Wednesday, Mali's Foreign Ministry summoned Algerian Ambassador Noureddine Ayadi to protest his country's "unfriendly actions and interference in the internal affairs of Mali."
Malian authorities accused Algeria of "holding meetings with Tuareg separatists" and ignoring their activities in the south of the country.
In turn, the Algerian Foreign Ministry summoned the Ambassador of Mali, Mahamane Amadou Maiga, to clarify its position and recall Algeria’s great contribution to "the establishment of peace and stability in the region and in Mali." In response, the Malian authorities recalled their ambassador to Bamako for consultations.
The Moroccan government decided to take advantage of the aggravation and invited representatives of Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, and Chad to take part in a ministerial meeting aimed at expanding the access of the Sahel countries to the Atlantic Ocean. Following its results, the Sahel Alliance expressed its support for the initiative and agreed to take part in its implementation.
The conflict with Algeria is due to the Mali government's attempt to stop the constant movements of militants of the Coordination Movement of Azawad in the desert in southern Algeria. However, the weakening of the Tuaregs threatens Algeria with disruption of the delicate balance in the border region and the return of radical Islamists.
Yes, now Islamic terrorists and Azawad militants have a common enemy in the form of the Malian Armed Forces, but both of them regularly emphasize that they are not ideological allies and globally pursue different goals.
In this context, the active inclusion of Morocco in the Sahel agenda is also interesting. They will not miss the chance to undermine Algeria's regional positions and strengthen their own. Including using the support of an ally who has also recently become active in Africa - the United States.

Re: Main news thread - conflicts, terrorism, crisis from around the globe
Last weekend, Kurdish forces in Iraq once again reminded the Turks of their presence, further proving that Turkish troops are far from effectively reducing threats from Iraq and Syria.
On December 22 and 23, members of the Kurdistan Workers' Party attacked Turkish Armed Forces positions in mountainous areas in the Metina and Hakurk regions in the north and northeast of Iraqi Kurdistan.
The Kurds conducted the attack with detailed materials, including reconnaissance groups and an anti-tank missile attack. The Ministry of Defense confirmed the death of 18 soldiers, while the PKK reported at least 30 Turkish casualties.
In response, the Turkish Minister of Defense arrived at the border with Iraq to personally lead countermeasures against the Kurds. In the past two days, F-16C/D aircraft carried out a massive attack on PKK targets.
Additionally, Akıncı drones and an E-7T AWACS aircraft were deployed in the air. According to the Turks, several dozen PKK members were eliminated, but no confirmation of this has been provided.
Turkish forces also targeted positions of the Syrian Democratic Forces near Qamishli in the Syrian province of Hasakah. Based on available videos, it appears that an SDF oil depot was hit by a controlled bomb.
Despite all these efforts, the operation of Turkish troops in Syria and Iraq seems to be largely ineffective at this stage. Surgical strikes cause limited harm to the Kurds. The presence of underground and mountain shelters helps mitigate the damage.
Without a full-scale ground operation, the Turks will not be able to achieve any significant success. However, implementing such an operation carries significant consequences, so this issue is still under consideration.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Food Industries Association of Israel (FIAI) has warned that a dragged-out war with Hamas could cause a food crisis in Israel if its government fails to implement a clear strategy to prevent such a scenario, Israeli media reported on Monday.
FIAI Chairman Dodi Manevich and the president of the Manufacturers' Association of Israel (MAI), Ron Tomer, appealed to David Bitan, chairman of the economy committee in the Israeli parliament, asking for an emergency meeting to discuss food security and emergency food stockpile, The Jerusalem Post reported.
https://t.me/geopolitics_live/12313
Manevich and Tomer warned that the Israeli government needs to prepare a strategy to ensure that at least 75% of all food products are sourced locally to prevent a food crisis. At the moment, about 90% of the Israeli food production facilities are located in the conflict zones in the north and south of the country, FIAI estimated.
The facilities continue to operate even though they are exposed to rocket attacks from Gaza or Lebanon and many of their employees have been evacuated to safer areas, the report said.
The two officials also pointed out the threat to supply chains posed by attacks by Yemen's Houthi movement on Israeli merchant vessels in the Red Sea.

#Comics by Rybar #9: Once Upon a Time in Mar'inka
With the liberation of Mar'inka, an important milestone in the battle for Donbass has been completed. This is just a stage of a complex operation that aims to bring peace to the long-suffering land once and for all.
Not once in our comics has the topic of women in the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces been touched upon. The comic's plot is based on the real story of sniper Masha, who goes to the frontlines every day.
Synopsis:
The war in Donbass has been going on for almost 10 years. During this time, children have grown up who have never known a world without war.
Any resident of Donbass if asked about why they went to the front will answer that it was impossible to do otherwise.
Once a sniper Masha loved basketball, was happy and thought that the war would pass her by...

Ukrainian channel Strana:
108 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, traveling home for a week's leave from near Avdiivka, died on the way.
Ukrainian political scientist Vitaly Bala reported this.
According to his information, in the brigade located near Avdiivka, 108 soldiers were allowed to go home for the Christmas holidays.
They drew lots to see who could leave and those who didn’t were very upset and even some asked to change with them. But no one agreed, because everyone wanted to see their relatives, because they had been “at zero” for about a year.
“Everyone who drew lots got on buses and left, but didn’t get there,” Bala said.
According to the political scientist, there was not a single official report about the death of 108 military personnel.
“I didn’t write, I thought that there would still be some kind of message, mourning, there wasn’t... I don’t know what needs to happen for the current government to stop hiding our losses and start honoring the dead. This cannot continue,” Bala wrote.
Zin Note: Reportedly, the buses were hit by artillery and/or drones.

'Milei, You Are The Dictatorship' | Argentinian Workers Hold Anti-govt March
Dozens of state workers protest in Buenos Aires against President Milei's economic reforms, vowing to hold a national strike.
Milei just fired over 20 thousand of State employees. It seems like Argentina will make it self an example of titanic state. Russians are making jokes that our 90s will feel like a baby shower in comparison to what's awaiting Argentina.

Reporter who outed Zelensky’s mother-in-law’s purchase of luxury villa in El Gouna, killed in Egypt
Shocking Details Emerge as Journalist's Death Sparks Allegations of Corruption and Retaliation
Ahmed Al-Alawi, the brother of the deceased journalist, revealed in an interview with Mohamed Fahti that his brother had received numerous threats following the publication of this groundbreaking investigation, which he described as “his brother’s first major assignment.” Ahmed stated that Mohammed had become widely recognized due to his exposé, which garnered extensive attention.
He emphasized that the police were developing a theory suggesting that the killers might have acted on personal instructions from President Zelenskyy or another official within the Office of the President of Ukraine. Additionally, there were reports suggesting the possibility that the perpetrators could be agents of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine.

2023 is a year of record cold temperatures – Media blackout
During 2023, the media was dominated by reports of heat waves, forest fires and droughts that would reach record levels. According to the media, this is all the result of the so-called “climate crisis.”
In 2022, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned us that it was “code red for humanity.” This was the result of alleged “global warming” caused by CO2 emissions from human activities
In 2023, Guterres went one step further when he introduced his latest ultra-hyped rhetoric, declaring: “The era of global warming is over; the age of cooking has arrived.”
The UN chief made this chilling statement during the warm summer weather for maximum effect.
Around the same time, the media claimed that July was the hottest month on record.
If you look at the record cold temperatures for 2023, it suggests the opposite of “global cooking.”
On January 14, 2023, an astonishing -62.4°C was measured in Tongulakh, Siberia.
In 2023, not only was the coldest temperature on Earth measured, but the all-time station record was also broken in Tongulakh.
On February 4, 2023, the coldest wind chill temperature ever recorded was recorded at Halifax Airport in Nova Scotia.
The temperature dropped to -43°C.
This surpasses the previous wind chill record of -41°C set on February 13, 1967.
Many other places in Canada have also set new daily records, with temperatures below -40°C.
On February 19, temperatures in Shepherd Bay, Nunavut dropped to -49.6°C.
On Tuesday March 7, the United Kingdom braved its coldest night of 2023.
In several regions, temperatures dropped below -15 Celsius.
According to British news agency The Independent, the Met Office revealed that the temperature in Kinbrace in the Scottish Highlands was recorded at -15.2 Celsius, making it the coldest March in the country since 2010.
In February, a wind chill of -78 Celsius (-108 Fahrenheit) was measured at the summit of Mount Washington in New Hampshire.
This was the coldest temperature ever recorded in the United States, despite the “climate crisis” that is supposedly “cooking” the planet.
Meanwhile, the National Weather Service (NWS) in Caribou, Maine, said it had received reports of “freeze quakes.”
“Like earthquakes, they cause tremors, thunderous sensations,” the NWS explains.
“These are caused by sudden cracks in frozen ground or underground water when it is very cold.”
In Boston, where officials closed the public school system because of the threat of frost, low temperatures reached -23°C (-10°F).
The decline shattered the daily record set more than a century ago, the NWS said.
In Providence, Rhode Island, the mercury fell to -23°C, well below the previous record low of -19°C, set in 1918.
The Arctic surge that swept into the U.S. from eastern Canada also brought record falls to places including Albany, New York; Augusta, Maine; Rochester, New York; and Worcester, Massachusetts.
In June, Sydney experienced its coldest morning on record.
The Australian city recorded a minimum temperature of 1.8°C in the Olympic Park, according to Miriam Bradbury, a senior meteorologist at the Bureau of Meteorology.
More than 100 weather stations across Australia recorded their coldest May minimum temperatures on record.
And the list goes on and on

WEF: ‘ALL Humans Will Wear a Uniform’ by 2030
The World Economic Forum (WEF) has called for an end to individual fashion among the public and declared that “all humans will wear a uniform” before the year 2030.
The WEF declared that by 2030 fashion will become completely obsolete and all humans will be vegan, whether they like it or not.
A newly resurfaced report written in 2019 states that humans will only be permitted to buy three items of clothing per year and will be prohibited from buying or consuming meat.
Published in 2019, ‘The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5°C World’ report funded by the WEF, sets out extreme targets for governments around the globe to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, as consistent with the 2015 Paris Agreement ambitions.
The report outlines six areas where world governments can take “rapid action to address consumption-based emissions”: food, construction, clothing, vehicles, aviation, and electronics

THE PROBLEM WITH ISRAEL’S MILITARY
Israel has an undeserved reputation as an exceptional military power. The reality of Israel's military preparedness is being laid bare as the country struggles to gain control of Gaza. Israel is relying on its air force to carry out brutal bombings of civilian areas, while its ground forces face stiff resistance from Palestinian fighters, writes Larry Johnson . Israel's big problem is that it relies heavily on reserve forces. Consider the ages and ranks of some recent Israeli occupation forces soldiers killed in action in Gaza. It's very revealing:
Staff Sgt. David Bogdanovskyi, 19, of the Combat Engineering Corps’s 603rd Battalion.
Staff Sgt. Orel Bashan, 20, of the Combat Engineering Corps’s 603rd Battalion.
Staff Sgt. Gal Hershko, 20, a squad commander in the Combat Engineering Corps’s 603rd Battalion.
Staff Sgt. Itamar Shemen, 21, a paramedic in the 36th Division.
Master Sgt. (res.) Nadav Issachar Farhi, 30, a combat medic in the Yiftah Brigade’s 7810th Battalion.
Master Sgt. (res.) Eliyahu Meir Ohana, 28, of the Yiftah Brigade’s 7810th Battalion.
Sgt. First Class (res.) Elyassaf Shoshan, 23, of the 646th Brigade’s 6646th Battalion.
Sgt. First Class (res.) Ohad Ashur, 23, of the 646th Brigade’s 6646th Battalion.
Staff Sgt. Roy Elias, 21, of the Combat Engineering Corps’s 603rd Battalion.
Five STAFF SERGEANTS who are 21 years of age and younger. What???!!!! Consider this. To achieve the rank of Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army an enlisted soldier is not promoted to this rank until having served 6 to 8 years.

Israel Paying a Heavy Price for Its Crimes
So Netanyahu is now saying that (Israel is paying) is a heavy price. How heavy is the price?
Netanyahu is not admitting how heavy the price really is. The actual number of Israeli casualties is much higher than the official count. We know that because we've actually seen that the resistance fighters have filmed themselves taking out tanks and trucks and other military vehicles by the hundreds. They've filmed many of their other operations as well. So we can see that just based on what's out there in the resistance film footage, the casualty count has to be a lot higher than Netanyahu is admitting.
He also is ignoring the fact, at least publicly, that Israel has lost something like 7% of its population. They haven't been killed, they've fled the country. This has happened occasionally before, but this time it's not certain that they'll be coming back, because the Israeli economy is in shambles. The northern edge of the country is now uninhabited, as they've all been evacuated due to the northern front of Hezbollah.
And the Israeli economy may not come back. It's heavily dependent on tourism, and that's completely shut down now. The usual tourist hotels are full of Israelis who fled the war zones in the north. And so that of course is bad enough. But (the main reason) the future of the Zionist entity looks incredibly bleak is because of the way that they've managed to commit the most horrendous genocide ever seen on live television, and they've sickened and appalled pretty much the entire world. Their only supporters now are in Washington DC. And even in the United States of America polls show that the majority of young adults want the resistance to win and put an end to Israel.
So they have lost the military battle. They can’t get their hostages back. They can’t succeed in their ground operations. They can’t stop Hamas as they say they are going to. They’ve lost their economic battle. They’ve lost in their propaganda war, where they’re making up ludicrous stories about beheaded babies that nobody believes. Nobody believes anything they say any more. They’ve blown all their credibility, blown up their economy, and shown that they’re a military paper tiger. The end of the Zionist entity is near. And Netanyahu knows that his own political end is even nearer.

Saudi Arabia not interested in joining US-led Red Sea coalition against Houthis - reports
The kingdom views the prospect of peace on its southern border "a more appealing goal" compared to joining any naval action after eight years of war with the rebel movement that drained Saudi coffers and helped drive Yemen into one of the world's most acute humanitarian crises, The New York Times reported.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud wants to transform it into a business hub by 2030 and seeks to resolve conflicts and soothe tensions across the Middle East, including through a rapprochement with Iran, its regional rival.
