According to official Western statements, the US, British and French navies discovered 72 loitering munitions and 18 cruise missiles fired by the Yemeni Navy. Of those, 60 Houthi UAVs and 13 missiles were destroyed in the air.

To achieve this, 180 missiles were fired, with at least two SM-3 anti-aircraft guided missiles per target.  Each of them costs at least $2 million. Expenses amounted to at least $360 million, and possibly $500 million.

While critical SM series stockpiles numbering in the thousands were trying to be amassed for a major conflict with China, the US went and spent the ammunition load of two cruisers full of missiles.
