https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-10-07/homeland-security-backs-apple-amazon-denial-chinese-spy-chip-infiltration
►Bloomberg, citing 17 unidentified intelligence and company sources, claims that the chip can compromise data on the servers, giving China a backdoor into some of the world's largest companies and organizations.
►OFFICIALLY DENIED
(therefore it must be true. )
Department of Homeland Security has sided with Apple, Amazon and Supermicro, which vehemently denied claims
►THE BASIC STORY
Nested on the servers’ motherboards, the testers found a tiny microchip, not much bigger than a grain of rice, that wasn’t part of the boards’ original design. Amazon reported the discovery to U.S. authorities, sending a shudder through the intelligence community. Elemental’s servers could be found in Department of Defense data centers, the CIA’s drone operations, and the onboard networks of Navy warships. And Elemental was just one of hundreds of Supermicro customers.
These tiny microchips somehow found their way into Supermicro's products.
Bloomberg provided a step-by-step guide detailing how it believes that happened:
►A Chinese military unit designed and manufactured microchips as small as a sharpened pencil tip. Some of the chips were built to look like signal conditioning couplers, and they incorporated memory, networking capability, and sufficient processing power for an attack.
►The microchips were inserted at Chinese factories that supplied Supermicro, one of the world’s biggest sellers of server motherboards.
►The compromised motherboards were built into servers assembled by Supermicro.
►The sabotaged servers made their way inside data centers operated by dozens of companies.
►When a server was installed and switched on, the microchip altered the operating system’s core so it could accept modifications. The chip could also contact computers controlled by the attackers in search of further instructions and code.
During the ensuing top-secret probe, which remains open more than three years later, investigators determined that the chips allowed the attackers to create a stealth doorway into any network that included the altered machines. Multiple people familiar with the matter say investigators found that the chips had been inserted at factories run by manufacturing subcontractors in China.

Eric Zuesse: "The Biggest Threat to US National Security Is the US Government"
https://southfront.org/eric-zuesse-the-biggest-threat-to-us-national-security-is-the-us-government/
A dictatorship does not represent the public but only the aristocracy that, behind the scenes, controls the government.
"Jonathan H. Adler, Professor at Case Western University School of Law, noted, regarding George W. Bush’s secret policy for the NSA to access everyone’s phone-records, that “The metadata collection program is constitutional (at least according to Judge Kavanaugh),” and he presented Judge Kavanaugh’s entire published opinion on that. Kavanaugh’s opinion stated that the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution could be shoved aside because he thinks that the ‘national security’ of the United States is more important than the Constitution.
The Constitution is a fucking piece of toilet paper, it's not going to defend your rights by jumping out of it's box and going "OK you scalawags, you're ignoring the Constitution, you get your buts back in line RIGHT NOW!" Nope, not gonna happen. The only things that can defend the people's freedom are arms and the people that are willing to use them.
The only reason I still hold a very small hope is that there's over 100 million gun owners in the U.S.. So the people taking back their country is still possible. I've spoken to many former military personnel, they'd side with the people in a second. I've spoken to more than a few in the military as well, and let's just say they're not willing to fire on the citizens.
The thing is that what Kvanaugh, and, in extend, all the US governments of the last decades, mean with "national security" has nothing to do with nation or security. They talk about globalist interests. They intend to secure their plots, not their country. They tear apart constitution, that should be the most important and superior law of the country, in order to protect their agenda. They brought down the towers then they started spying on their own people. They use constitutional right of free speech to spread their lies then they deny the very same rights to their opponents. Of course they delegated this censorship to the 3rd side, to private sector, big tech companies. But let's not forget - big tech companies gained their positions with large help from the US government. And US taxpayers' money. And big tech companies actively cooperate with the same US government, that ostensibly criticize them for censorship.
I don't think people, who do not respect constitution, should be allowed to lead the country. If they despise constitutional laws, try to abuse them or change them to make them suitable to their personal interests, or interests of their sponsors, then they should be held accountable for treason.
Yes my friend, I know and agree with you. The problem is, there's never been ANY accountability, and with the current system, their never will be.

Alright this sounds better. Possible not to be limited only to Latakia/Tartous.
24 TELs
96 Missiles always ready to launch from those 24 TELs
300 spare missiles, so overall enough for 2/3 reloads.
Three Russian S-300PM battalion sets delivered to Syria free of charge — source
According to the source, along with the launchers Russia delivered more than 100 surface-to-air guided missiles for each battalion
http://tass.com/defense/1025020
Moreover it looks like they are standar RuAF kits. As article laims the setw were used by Russian air defense units till they were replaced with S-400 units.

#UPDATE: Intelligence officials inform British PM Theresa May that Russia is moving Spetsnaz troops and likely S-300 missiles into Libya in a bid to enforce a new stranglehold on the West and make it his ‘new Syria’. Two Russian bases have already been set up on the coastline

Apparently "The Sun" was carrying this story and, as I said on Twitter, it's a filthy rag masquerading as a newspaper, but there may be a grain of truth in this, considering Putins anger and alarm at the NATO destruction of Libya, and his resolve never to let that happen again elsewhere.
